Individual General Terms and Conditions

Arc en Ciel Oléron is a village of the Entraide Coopérative, a member association of Cap France. To make a stay, it is necessary to be a member. The annual membership fee must be paid upon registration at the latest. It is valid from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024. Your invoice serves as your membership card. Membership cannot under any circumstances be reimbursed, even in the event of cancellation of the stay.

Pricing:

The published prices, subject to printing errors or omissions, are calculated on a basis established on September 1, 2023. They are subject to change in the event of economic fluctuation, change in the price of raw materials or modifications prices which served as a basis for their establishment (transport, accommodation, change in VAT rate, etc.). Any revision will be notified and justified and can only take place before the balance of the stay is called. Rates are per person based on two people per room. A supplement for single room indicated during registration will be due.

booking:

The reservation becomes definitive only after the confirmation of the village and the payment of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the price of the stay. The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the stay without reminder from the establishment. Any delay in the payment of the stay may lead to the cancellation of the reservation.

The Arc en Ciel Oléron Cooperative Mutual Aid is approved by the National Agency for Holiday Vouchers: ANCV.

Holiday vouchers are directly deducted from the stay. They should be addressed as soon as possible.

Holiday Assistance

Entraide Coopérative accepts “holiday vouchers” allocated by the Family Allowance Funds in accordance with the rules for the use of these vouchers. Only originals are taken into account. They must be sent before the balance of the stay. The association organizing the stay disclaims all liability in the event of loss. Any refund of the overpayment can only take place after the end of the stay and after reimbursement by CAF of the corresponding amount.

Withdrawal, cancellation and cancellation insurance:

The following rules are applied:

  • Cancellation more than 90 days before the start of the stay: the deposit is refunded.
  • Cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the start of the stay: the deposit is retained.
  • Cancellation between 60 and 30 days: 50% of the amount of the stay is
  • For any cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full price of the stay remains

No refund is granted for late arrival, early departure or absences during the stay.

To mitigate most of these risks, you are offered to take out interruption cancellation insurance which must be taken out at the time of booking.

Stays that have been postponed, whatever the legal framework or the reason, can no longer be canceled or postponed and are due in full.

The domestic animals :

Pets are not allowed in the holiday village.

Information and freedoms law:

In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data by simple request to the email: info@arcenciel-oleron.com. The personal data collected is used by Entraide Coopérative to manage your registration and send information. They remain the property of Entraide Coopérative and are not distributed to any third party.

Registration in the Arc en Ciel village implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions. These general conditions are automatically applicable, they can be consulted on simple request and are the subject of a publication on our website.

CLAIMS:

September 1, 2023 – CGV Entraide Coopérative

"Complaints that arise during the performance of the Contract must be submitted as soon as possible, from the observation of the failure concerned, with "Arc en Ciel Oléron" ("The Company") and, if necessary, with of any other service provider concerned, so that a solution can be sought
right away.

Any complaint subsequent to the performance must be addressed to Entraide Coopérative as well as to the said service provider, at the latest within one (1) month following the end of performance of the Service, to the contact details indicated in Article 3. Complaints must be sent by any means enabling Entraide Coopérative to acknowledge receipt.

In this context, the Client must respect the personal and confidential nature attached to all correspondence with Entraide Coopérative.

 In the absence of a satisfactory response, the Customer has the possibility of seizing the Mediator of Tourism and Travel within the legal deadlines.
